Are you a food and drink venue looking to expand your current offering? Would you like the option to host events in your outdoor space? In that case, we would highly recommend one of our Midi Tipis, serving as the perfect pop-up venue for an outdoor bar or catering space, where outdoor floorspace is limited.
Measuring 8.4m in diameter, the Midi Tipi is only two metres smaller in diameter than our Big Hat, making it ideal for venues with limited outdoor space. However, if you already own Big Hats from The Tipi Company, then you can interlink them to a Midi using one of our standard Link Kits.
The Midi is ideal for hosting smaller corporate events and pub quizzes all year round – making it a sound financial investment for throwing parties during the festive period too. Alternatively, a Midi can be used as a permanent chillout lounge or outdoor bar area for your guests. For further flexibility, you can roll up the side opposite the doorway to create an opening of 1.8m high x 4m wide, so that your guests can enjoy aspects of the surrounding views from the comfort of the tipi!
For venues where image is of paramount importance, we would recommend our Entrance Porch which is not only visually stunning but extremely practical too.
It is designed to fit into both the Big Hat and Midi Tipi and comes complete with a zipped canvas door, meaning you can close the entrance off during wet and windy days. The Entrance Porch is also a great addition when linking your tipi to one of our Catering Tents, so the tent can be pulled up close to the tipi without the need to go outside.
For venues where the tipi will be installed all year round and used during the colder and wetter months, we also offer handmade rustic Wooden Doors, which fit into the Entrance Porch framework, creating a stunning finish that also helps to keep the chill out!
