With a clear focus on peace, privacy, and premium comfort, the retreat is home to 12 meticulously designed lodges—each offering guests an immersive experience of luxury surrounded by nature.
As a wellness-focused destination, Everything Retreat regularly hosts yoga sessions and holistic events that embrace the natural setting. Their mission is to help guests recharge in an environment that inspires calm and connection with the outdoors. To enhance their offering, they were searching for a unique structure that would provide shelter for outdoor events—particularly for yoga, meditation, and wellness-based group activities—while maintaining the aesthetic and ethos of the retreat.
The chosen structure needed to meet several key requirements. Firstly, it had to blend harmoniously with the stunning natural surroundings of the Ribble Valley countryside. Secondly, it needed to uphold the same high standard of design, materials, and atmosphere already established throughout the retreat. Every detail at Everything Retreat is carefully curated to reflect luxury, so any addition had to complement this.
Functionality was also a priority: the space had to be practical for hosting yoga and wellness sessions but flexible enough to be adapted for other events such as small group workshops, retreats, and occasional private bookings. All this had to be achieved without compromising on sustainability or the sense of calm that is central to the guest experience.
After an in-depth consultation, the team at Everything Retreat chose one of our Sand Little Hat Tipis, complete with Side Sheets for year-round shelter and privacy. The neutral sand-coloured canvas was the perfect choice, offering a soft, organic aesthetic that fits naturally within the green surroundings of the Ribble Valley.
The Little Hat Tipi is ideal for smaller, more intimate gatherings and outdoor experiences. It’s a versatile, semi-open structure that offers shade, shelter, and a calming environment—perfect for relaxing yoga sessions, gentle group meditations, and connecting with nature. The Tipi was installed without flooring, allowing the grass to remain underfoot for an authentic connection to the earth beneath.
Our expert installation team worked closely with the retreat’s management to ensure everything was set up with precision and care. The Side Sheets were included in the installation to allow the tipi to be used in various weather conditions, making it a year-round addition to the retreat's offering.
The Little Hat Tipi is now a vital part of the Everything Retreat guest experience. During yoga and wellness sessions, the tipi is dressed with yoga mats, cushions, and minimal decor to enhance the calming environment. The natural grass flooring enhances the sensory experience, allowing guests to feel grounded and present during sessions.
For other events, the space can be quickly transformed with the addition of rustic wooden tables, fairy lights, and other decorative elements to create a cosy, intimate setting for talks, workshops, or alfresco dining.
